Liz at the front desk was polite too. They are willing to work with you about payments. They accept HSA which is great. Dr. Jen did a good job breaking down why she needs braces, she was so responsive and gave us all the steps about her braces. After my kid got her top braces on, all staff there was all excited about how beautiful she looks with her braces. You can even take pictures there, it’s a nice wall art they have. The place there is very clean and neat. This place rocks! Thanks y’all.”

“I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for the entire team at Tomblyn Family Orthodontics. I was a 51 year old man who needed Orthognathic surgery my entire adult life and had begun to lose teeth as a result. I had gone to other orthodontists, but no one had the know-how or relationships with oral surgeons in town to execute my difficult case. I had given up and resigned to having mouth problems for the rest of my life. The doctors and staff at Tomblyn Family Orthodontics assessed everything, came up with a plan, reached out to an oral surgeon in town who had a great staff in dealing with insurance and got me started. It all played out according to plan. Their communication with me and the surgeon was fantastic. They set my expectations perfectly, and they got my upper and lower teeth in perfect position for the surgery, which was a perfect success. And insurance covered all but a very small portion. “At the age of 78 it was determined that a 15 month Invisalign program would stop my teeth from continuing their inward drift as well as correct some fundamental misalignments between my front lower teeth and between my upper and lower teeth. I was referred to Westlake Family Orthodontics for my treatment. Dr. Travis Tomblyn and his staff (Scott, Hattie, et al.) provided a professional, friendly, and relaxed environment in which to be introduced to Invisalign, as well as to receive the periodic checkups necessary. Their initial explanations answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable in my decision to entrust myself to their care; all of which occurred, after my initial visit in January, 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, this is one of the best designed and implemented products I have ever used; not just dental products, but all kinds of products, including my Toyota Prius. From the use of computer design and photography, to the product’s durability and ease of use, to its packaging, Invisalign is incredibly well thought out. As I near the end of my program, I look forward to having excellent teeth for a long time. These folks are outstanding and I highly recommend them.”
